Relationship With Self: The Key To All Others

Published

Relationship With Self:

How we approach and treat others is a reflection as to how we treat ourselves. After all, we can only extend or project onto others what we carry within us. For example, if we take an orange and squeeze it, we get orange juice. It can’t give you lemon juice, or any other kind of juice. In other words, we are what we give to the world. We express who and what we believe we are; and depending on one’s awareness, we paint our outer world through the colors of emotion we have within.

The potential to shifting beyond emotions to the field of unconditional love is within us. Understanding ourselves, our spiritual self and divine nature transforms us from the inside through insight and self-awareness which can replace judgment of others with compassion, anger with forgiveness and resentment with appreciation. Integrating our emotions with this field of pure love expands our human experience and offers the possibility for a deeper connection with others.

The key to loving, peaceful and harmonious relationships begins with a deep awareness and connection with the Self. Knowing who you are on a spiritual level elevates one’s consciousness beyond conditional love that says, ”unless you behave a certain way, I can’t love or like you,” to unconditional love, where we accept who we are including the shadows that come with the human experience. Coming to peace with our own darkness and realizing that it serves ultimately to point us towards the light inside of us provides us with clarity that the ego with all of its shadows is a part of our own ascension, into the Self.

Reconnecting with the Self or our divine nature changes the way in which we view ourselves. It shows us what is real and what is not; that unconditional love is all that is and that fear is a projection of the egoic mind. Love extends oneness and unity, is healing and soothing in nature. It’s quick to forgive, and ready to release and let go. The ego on the other hand operates through separation, creating a sense of division, contrary to divine nature. The egoic mind is attachment in essence and holds onto the past because it is the past, and the future for that matter. Unconditional love is present moment based in contrast, focused on the now, it always sees others as they are-in real time-through the eyes of inner stillness.

Seeing and recognizing ourselves through inner stillness brings clarity to our true identity. Having once thought we were an ego, one now understands that one is the inner being witnessing the ego, the silent, still Self that observes. Being conscious of who we are beyond physical form and thought form, we immerse ourselves into the universal field. And from that awareness, the conditioned egoic self and its emotional pain dissolves into the presence of unconditional love. This is what creates the shift from projecting to extending; the first paints others according to the egoic mind while the latter recognizes the One Self in the other. It’s a direct experience of oneness, and of understanding that at our core not only are we all made of the same essence, the same universal energy, but that we’ve also all been conditioned the same way coming into this world via the egoic mind.

This awareness offers us the understanding that every human being is experiencing their own inner conflicts, struggles and issues of self-worth. And through this insight we can approach ourselves and others with greater compassion, understanding, acceptance and the gift of kindness. Having an intimate relationship with the Self, with Source Energy, heals one from within and unifies mind, body and spirit. And from that wholeness, from that space of completeness, we then in turn no longer seek to be fulfilled or made whole by another but rather seek to share our wholeness. Happiness becomes an inside job and the pressure is no longer put in another’s hands. Flow is invited into every encounter as the universal energy of unconditional love is allowed to extend to us, through us and into our relationships with each other and all of life.

Letting Go of The Old To Come Into The New

There’s a lot happening in the world right now on many levels. It’s almost as if the world is being divided; there are those who are waking up from the circumstances that have been created and there are those who are for one reason or another, staying asleep. For the ones who were already on the spiritual path, or seeking inner change, these current challenges are offering them the fuel needed for a shift in consciousness. And for those more 3D focused, well, they are just wanting their life back and are more than happy to do just about anything to get it back.

The purpose of this article is not to point fingers, but to reveal what’s happening and what’s probably already obvious to many. Those who created this chaos, have no intention whatsoever of ever giving back the life we knew. But let’s look at this from a higher perspective and the possibilities that can come from all this. The world as it was, was in essence, too moved away from spirituality, and by that, I mean direct experience with who we are beyond the physical body and the thinking mind or ego. Something was missing and it was the experience of oneness that takes place by being in alignment with our soul, with Source Energy. And by being off track as a collective, the majority being in that dreaming state of thought, we needed a major wake-up call, an event to shake up humanity, and that took place in 2020 as we all know.

Those who are awakening and who are awake, know that and are either in the process of or have already let go of the life that was. If one looks at what was happening honestly, one can see that the life many of us were living and experiencing was too focussed on the outside world, attainment and materiality. It was a shadow of the spiritual-fulfilling life that was intended for us to experience. Life is all about balance, and there’s nothing wrong with enjoying the things of this life, but if all or most of one’s happiness was in doing, and not being, well, that’s imbalance. Understandably, this article may trigger some unresolved aspect in some, and that’s not the intention. The intention is the awareness that humanity had moved too far from who we really are and as a collective, needed something to have us stop and look what was happening and missing.

For many, a grieving process is taking place, over the life we knew before and that’s very much understandable. But know that the universe is not punishing us for getting off course, everything in fact, is happening right on schedule. There is a synchronicity to everything, and it’s this moment, the present, where we can change focus, let go of the past as to create and allow something new, something even better, a new world, one that is based in oneness and the freedom to create consciously.

Remaining in the holding pattern of focusing on the past, can make us feel stuck; it can bog down our energy field. It can lower our vibrational frequency and lead to heavy emotions, even depression. But know that one doesn’t have to remain in that space; you can shift out of the past and into the present. If the present is too hard to face, that’s a sign that there’s inner work to do. Because the truth is, the past is a mind construct, keeping us in the dreaming state, while the present is reality, it’s the here and now where life is, where life is always unfolding. The present for many can be difficult right now, but it’s also where the most change can take place within and without.

The universe has always been speaking to us, and it’s speaking to us right now. The challenges laid before us are to awaken us, to have us seek something larger than ourselves. Humanity has an opportunity right now, to usher in a new earth, one of peace, harmony and unity; and it all begins with each and every one of us.

The Inner Experience of Freedom

Published

oneness

Freedom comes in many forms. There’s financial freedom, the freedom to make decisions and the freedom to express oneself for example. At the core of every human being is a space, an awareness of complete and total freedom, one that is transcendent of this world, of circumstances. This freedom is a reflection of one’s inner being and is remembered in the state of enlightenment. It’s an energetic freedom, one that is free of fear, worry and what others think of you. Tied to nothing, this spiritual freedom once realized, is what will free one’s mind from the conditioning of the ego.

Universally based, inner freedom is multidimensional as one connects with their own multidimensionality. One that opens the inner portal, this fearless-based freedom brings the awareness of the one Self that is expressing itself in countless ways, and allows for the ability, the freed awareness to discern and connect with higher dimensional beings. In essence, inner freedom unlocks the door to greater awareness, to cosmic consciousness.

Awareness and inner freedom are one and the same. With awareness one is free from the negativity, the past and future repetitive cycle that the egoic mind offers. Freedom is the expression of awareness, of enlightenment; a reflection of the highest self. It’s one that is unaffected by external pressures; listening only to the inner guidance of the Self. Beyond all fear, freedom becomes spontaneous as one’s own previous limitations are laid aside.

How one begins to realize this other worldly freedom starts by being, not doing. It’s inner action, it’s energy work, it’s a process of shifting past one’s conditioning into that no-state, pure beingness-inner stillness. The present is the moment, it’s the emotional elevator that elevates us past the veil of the ego and into the dimension of the Self, the quantum field where freedom reigns. No one can give you this freedom nor can it be taken away, an inner experience, it is beyond the grasp of all that is external.

Pure awareness in essence, inner freedom flows from the Self, the universal mind, to the conscious self. Uncontrollable in every way, spiritual freedom is the transcendence of the physical and the egoic nature, understanding no limitations whatsoever. An expression of unconditional love, it seeks never to control but rather continuously extends itself, from the center of oneself out into the world and beyond. A multidimensional aspect of the One Self, it’s the universal language of the soul.

Let’s take a look at some insights, some reminders that point you inward, into the freedom that is not only a potential but a possibility to be experienced and expressed through greater awareness and understanding:

  • Inner freedom has no attachments to this world; a direct experience with the Self, it’s a multidimensional experience of all that you really are.
  • This freedom is remembered, beyond all thought, it’s a vibrational frequency, an awareness that one is not a physical body or an ego but the one Self temporarily experiencing those gifts of contrast.
  • The doorway to true freedom is the now, the present moment. Lifting us beyond the maze of past and future, one escapes the freedom offered by the conditioned mind which is limited.
  • Freedom can begin with forgiveness as it releases us, undoes the past, and unbinds us from lower energetic frequencies that bind us.
  • Being centered, in mind, body and spirit allows the soul to permeate one’s consciousness and every cell of the physical, reminding us of our true spiritual heritage and the truth of who we really are-an expression of divine freedom.

Inner freedom is clarity. It’s knowing who you are on a soul level. A recognition of the Infinite within, inner freedom is our ally and friend ready to show us the way out from within.

Inner Peace: The Way of Beingness

Inner Peace: The Way of Beingness

Thoughts and emotions have a certain energy about them, a moving energy that comes and goes like waves on the surface of the ocean. Some are lighter in nature, almost benign, while others are darker and heavier. Fear for example, is vibrationally dense and with our added attention to it, it can escalate and become a feeling of dread. These negative feelings are usually projections and or reactions to the outside world. In other words, when we’re experiencing these lower frequencies, we’re living from the outside in; our human conditioning is such that it looks to the outside world to tell us how we should feel inside.

Waiting for circumstances to change, for the world to change before we can feel good or come into peace will have us waiting eternally. Things in the outer world only begin to shift when we make the conscious decision to change our perceptions, our point of view. A complete reversal, living from the inside out aligns us with our inner being, our awareness, allowing for the experience of inner peace.

Inner peace has nothing to do with the outside world because it’s a reflection of one’s inner being. And our inner being in essence, is freedom, is non-attached to anything of this world. And that’s because it’s not of this world, it comes from another realm, from a higher dimension. The accumulation of wealth, the attainment of material success may provide temporary feelings of security and a sense of peace, but any feeling that is attached to the external is always at risk of being lost. Asking ourselves this question should bring an immediate answer: what would happen to one’s feeling of security or peace if those material things were suddenly gone?

The peace of being is a transcendent experience. Rooted in faith, trust and understanding, in ourselves and Source Energy, inner peace is not moved by outer circumstances or changes in them. It’s knowing that everything’s always working out. It’s trusting in a future because Source is already there. It’s the understanding that life is actually for us, not against us. And it’s the faith that what our heart desires is what Source desires for us.

A centered way of being, inner peace looks within and without through the vibrational frequency of inner stillness. Looking through the eyes of Source, one sees through clarity. A profound feeling of safety accompanies inner peace as one is unified consciously with universal consciousness, understanding that one is cared for and loved unconditionally. In the space of peace, the thinking mind is quieted, silenced, which reveals one’s true essence. Peace is what we are by nature and any experience that offers us anything but peace is only occurring because we’ve come out of alignment, spiritually speaking.

A shift in awareness, from the ego, the surface of the mind, to the soul, our deeper essence, inner peace is readily available to all who desire it. The process begins with the laying aside of the things, the emotions that no longer serve us like fear or anger. That doesn’t mean that one will stop experiencing these emotions, it’s not about suppressing anything; rather it’s about observing the emotions as they present themselves rather than feeding them through reaction. In the presence of who we are, when we’re centred, unconditional love is more than capable of consuming any and all negative energies, including fear.

A liberating way of being, inner peace is personal freedom. It’s freedom from the past, and the worry of the future. And that’s because inner peace is rooted in the present. It’s a vibrational frequency that is higher dimensional, and not of this world.
