Emotional Turbulence: A Part of Growth

Emotional Turbulence: A Part of Growth

As one ascends into higher states of consciousness, it’s important to understand that the process is not always going to be a smooth one. And the quicker we make peace with that, the less resistance we experience during spiritual growth spurts. Pressure, the energetic kind is needed on many levels: it reveals the emotions, the fears that we’re still clinging to. It shines a light on where we’re being resistant. It’s life showing us what works and what doesn’t. And it teaches us the futility in living in any space of awareness other than the present moment.

A part of mastery is coming to a place where you are finally ok with feeling not so good feelings. I don’t like to label emotions as being good or bad because they all equally serve a purpose. But for the intention of getting the message across, contrast-using words like positive and negative are necessary. Negative emotions like fear, worry and guilt are teachers when we allow them to be; they are emotional indicators that tell us, “hey, you’re still operating in 3D or 4D consciousness, get into alignment with your highest self, ascend.” In other words, lower frequencies, like third-dimensional realty which is the conditioned mind, can only offer you exactly what it is. There is no salvation there, no light, no growth. it is however, a catalyst for spiritual growth and ascension.

Like a tape recording that keeps re-playing the same thing over and over again, the conditioned mind does only one thing; recycles the past and future in an endless loop. What should also be mentioned is that your highest self, that which is found in the quantum field, will not yield to lower frequencies. And that is because one is real and the other is not. One is always in a state of change while the other is changeless. One is temporary and the other is eternal. Understanding this brings greater self-understanding and the nature of the two. This now leads us to the answer to the question, what do we do about the thinking mind? We transcend it. We rise above it through higher frequencies. That doesn’t mean we completely lose the ego, but what it means is we recognize what is reality and what is not. Losing its grip on our consciousness, creates a space, stillness, between our conscious mind and the thinking mind. That’s where reaction to negative emotion is replaced with observation or non-reaction.

Something to be mindful of is that as one ascends into higher states of consciousness, you may find that the ego becomes somewhat more resistant. It doesn’t want to easily give up its energy source-which is you. It wants to continue to perpetuate itself through past and future because that is its nature. Approaching its resistance with awareness and understanding, lessens the emotional turbulence and allows for an easier and more peaceful unfolding of consciousness. Suffering is a necessary catalyst to awakening because without it, one would not have the desire to change, to seek another way. How much suffering one endures to ascend into the quantum field, that’s up to the individual in a sense.

I have realized that in order to wake us up, life, Source, the Universe, will use alarm bells. They start off small, but gradually increase in intensity for the soul purpose of shaking us out of our slumber of the dream state and into the clarity of inner stillness-the awakened state. Emotional turbulence is an inner experience but it’s a reflection of our perception of the outside world. And it happens instantaneously because the outer and inner worlds are one; you are separate from nothing. All is one. Spirit is indivisible. Life is interconnected in every way.

Making peace with ourselves and accepting the darkness within as a part of our spiritual journey is what can alchemize it. At the core of our being, our very essence is in fact unconditional love. And its power is its ability to consume negative emotion. Going within, being present to witness rather than react is how change takes place. Ascension is an inner journey, where we recognize the Self and allow it to come to life; it will be a profound experience like no other because it’s the resurrection of the Christed Self, The Buddha within.

3D vs 5D Goals

3D vs 5D Goals

Let’s start by looking at the differences between these two levels of awareness or consciousness. It’s important to remain mindful that one level of awareness is not better or worse as they all serve a divine purpose in one’s evolution. In 3D awareness, or ego consciousness, the primary goal is attainment and success based on external factors. Based in doing and having, 3D consciousness looks at the titles one has, the car one drives, and the house one owns, for example. In other words, the success in this reality is based on achievement and materiality.

5D awareness creates a shift in priorities. Operating from a soul awareness, one’s goals are primarily focused upon expansion of consciousness and being of service. That’s not to say you can’t be of service in 3D reality, a nurse or physician for example, are careers based on just that. The only difference is in 5D being of service pertains to the whole of humanity and its collective evolution; one sees the bigger picture and the potential that is within it. Operating from universal consciousness, one doesn’t strive or strain to make things happen but allows for their manifestation.

In 3D awareness the emphasis is on doing, “what are you doing?” “How are you doing?” Whereas in 5D the main focus is on beingness. Shut off from quantum reality, ego awareness self-identifies with the things one does, unaware of who they are beyond form. From higher awareness the understanding is that you are one with Source Energy, a spiritual being having a finite human role.

Using their imagination, intention, feelings of gratitude, 5D aware beings consciously create and manifest their reality. It’s also important to mention that those who have realized higher states of consciousness can still choose to experience the things of this world; the difference is that they’re not attached to them. You don’t have to stop listening to the music you enjoyed, or stop liking the things you liked in 3D awareness. 5D awareness simply integrates being with doing; it brings the joy and love of higher states of consciousness into the everyday doings of life. It turns the mundane, say doing the laundry into a sacred act because one has remembered the sacred within.

Being in 5D awareness with a 3D physical body is the coming together of formlessness with form. It’s the unification of all three aspects of oneself; mind, body and spirit. That is the only difference between 3D reality and 5D; soul awareness or lack thereof. In 3D reality there may be some big goals, and long-held dreams and those may be carried onto as one expands in consciousness. One just becomes clearer, and may even dream bigger as potential and possibility are revealed in 5D consciousness.

In terms of relationships, in 3D there usually seems to be the wanting of being made complete by another. We seek happiness and fulfillment through another’s company. In contrast, through 5D one has realized that one is already complete and seeks only to share that completeness. Happiness is understood to be an inside job, which allows for greater harmony and peace in relationships.

All of us go through and experience 3D awareness and the goals that come with it. it’s a part of the process, the process of spiritual growth. It’s through that experience that we come to understand, what works and what doesn’t. it’s a spiritual learning curve so to speak. And as you sift through 3D and experience its limitations on an energetic level, the desire to expand will come, leading you into 4D, where you begin to question…perhaps everything.

The goal of this article was to simply offer some contrast, some awareness of the differences between these two states of awareness. And that’s what it all really comes down to; awareness. Through expansion of consciousness, we just open up more, allow more, get into the flow more and manifest from the awareness that all things are possible.

Expanding Into 5D Through Pain

Expanding Into 5D Through Pain

Our interconnectedness with life is what allows it to mirror what and who we are. When we’re in a low vibration, life on the outside will also appear dark and gloomy. The same goes when we’re feeling great and aligned with who we really are, the world will appear to be our oyster. These simple examples are to show that our inner world, our inner state is reflective. Our inner struggle, emotional pain, is what is experienced as a human being. Identifying with the thinking mind, the ego, is what creates the experience of suffering, of fear. But know this; there is a purpose in this experience of being human, and that’s to create the potential atmosphere for a shift in consciousness-from 3D awareness to 5D.

Emotional pain, feelings of anger, fear or worry speak to us; they are telling us that something has not yet been resolved. An imbalance of energy when we continue to grasp negative feelings, our emotions were never meant to be identified with for our entire lives. Instead, their true purpose was to give us the temporary experience of being human, of what separation from Source feels like, so that the desire could be created to then make the inward journey back home, to the Self. In other words, freedom from the attachment of negative emotion is what spiritual growth is, what expansion into 5D consciousness is.

It’s quite understandable how addictive and seductive negative emotion is. Afterall, emotion is what we identify with as human beings. But who are we really? What are we when we leave this physical body behind? The answer is we are eternal spiritual beings, consciousness itself, having a finite experience as a human. Expanding our awareness, experiencing the growing pains of emotion, is a part of the process of evolving spiritually. Because of who we really are, a great challenge had to be laid out before us in the form of an ego. The egoic mind is the perfect catalyst for personal growth because of what the ego offers; suffering.

Suffering comes in many forms. There is the obvious emotional pain such as guilt, fear, sadness and the overall heaviness of living in the past. There is also the fear of loss and of not knowing who we truly are in spirit. Regardless of form, the source of suffering is the ego and its primary projection is fear. Being the seeming opposite to love, fear too can branch off into countless varieties, but nonetheless, it’s essentially all the same in essence, fear is fear.

Experiencing the contracting energy of emotional pain while in 3D awareness carries within it the potential to leap frog forward, into expanded awareness. Clarity tells us this; 3D consciousness is what it is and it can only offer what it is in essence; pain and suffering. You can’t change what is illusory in nature, it’s futile actually. The answer then is to shift beyond it, transcend 3D consciousness and move into 4D, where you begin to question your reality and begin to recognize conditioned patterns.

One of the goals of this article is to offer insight and understanding that there is a divine purpose in suffering, in pain. It’s to wake us up from our slumber, the dreaming state of 3D. Let’s now re-cap what 3D, 4D offers and the potential that is in 5D consciousness:

3D: The experience of separation, from Source and life. Egoic state of mind, where thoughts and emotions are completely identified with. This state is where emotional pain is experienced.

4D: The questioning phase of spiritual growth; one begins to become aware that one is suffering and begins to ask why.

5D: Awakening. This state involves the activation of the third eye. One awakens to the truth, and transcends the suffering of 3D and the confusion it offers. An experience of clarity, and understanding, this is the state of enlightenment.

Our personal journeys come with highs and lows. In 3D consciousness, we attached our feelings to the outer word, which gives us the mountains and valleys. Expanding into 5D, one now is centred, impacting the outer world through inner illumination, no longer a victim to emotional pain.

Lighting Up: Activating The Chakra System

Published

chakra

Being the energy commander, the activation of the third eye is what activates all chakras. Upon activation, the third eye’s potential is released as a light force that neutralizes the darkness, the shadows of the ego. The eye of clarity, the sixth chakra connects us with the universal mind, which results in the transcendence of the conditioned or thinking mind. The veil lifter, the eye of oneness reveals the interconnectedness of life.

Clearing up our energetic fields through chakra activation, the awakening process is the unfolding of consciousness within us. As the egoic self is laid aside, emotional healing is allowed to take place. And as the negativity of the past is released through present moment awareness, the more light is allowed to come to the forefront of one’s consciousness. This light is what we are in essence, but is what is covered through the experience of being human.

Freeing our inner energy field through the opening of the brow chakra, the root chakra right up to the crown chakra become balanced, they “come online”. As these chakras are activated, we begin to experience their positive effects. For example, as the root chakra is balanced, we begin to feel more stable emotionally, and rooted in our energy. Moving upward, as the sacral chakra is freed, we feel more creative, and feel balanced sexually. Coming into our own power through self-responsibility, the solar plexus chakra reminds us that there are no victims. Ascending towards the heart chakra, one begins to experience and express unconditional love and compassion. Upward to the throat chakra, we feel more assertive, as we begin to speak out truths with confidence. All of these activated chakras, the lighting up of oneself is based in self-realization through the third eye. The activation of this mysterious chakra connects us consciously with the seventh chakra, the doorway to universal or cosmic consciousness.

In the field of universal consciousness, the individual or local self merges with the non-local self. It’s this oneness that allows for universal light, consciousness to fill the physical body with light as one becomes the embodiment of unconditional love and truth. A state of grace, one remembers who they are beyond the physical body and the egoic mind. The experience is one of gratitude and understanding as the purpose of the darkness we experience as humans is revealed in the light of truth.

Here are some insights and tips that will help create an energetic atmosphere towards the potential and possibility of chakra activation:

  • Desire and a willingness to ascend, to reconnect with our spiritual Self is key in this transformation as it removes energetic barriers.
  • Time is of no consequence when it comes to the miracle of transformation, to awakening. The universal Self is not limited by anything because it is everything and beyond.
  • Wholeness is not something that is reached or attained, but instead realized.
  • Lighting up from within, through chakra activation, is the laying aside of the layers of accumulated emotional energy. By beginning the process of becoming less in ego, we become more in spirituality. Balance is key.
  • In the quantum field, all potentials are taking place. There is an enlightened version of each and every one of us in that realm of possibility.
It’s our intention, our desire, our alignment that takes potential through the portal of allowing from 5D to our 3D reality.

The chakras and their activation hold the potential to personal transformation and ascension. Located within us, within the subtle body, their power to light us from within is immense. Every tool for spiritual success is already within each and every one of us; we just have to be willing to go within and remember.
